And we are looking for an ambitious Yacht Sales Executive to represent a select portfolio of yacht brands on the Middle East market.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, comfortable handling high-value transactions, and passionate about the yachting lifestyle. Whether guiding clients through technical specifications or helping them visualize their perfect vessel, your role is to build trust, deliver results, and act as a key brand ambassador for Boutique.Yachts in the region.
Boutique.Yachts is an international group of companies founded in 2010, encompassing a yacht brokerage firm and a digital platform dedicated to the world of yachting. With offices in Europe and the Middle East, we specialize in offering a highly personalized and discreet service to a select clientele who value authenticity, expertise, and long-term relationships.
Our services cover every aspect of yacht ownership — from purchase and sale to construction, charter, and management — for both new builds and pre-owned vessels. We combine deep industry knowledge with a modern, relationship-driven approach to deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage.
Represent leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure;
~ Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and match them with the most suitable yachts;
~ Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
~ Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility;
~ Stay informed about market trends, new models, and competitor activity;
~ Attend boat shows, client events, and other industry gatherings as needed.
Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, shipyard or dealership environments;
~ Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
~ Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
~ Bareboat skipper license or any yacht captain license (or a hand-on crew experience) is a plus
~ Based in the EU or UAE with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
A consistent flow of high-quality leads , including serious yacht buyers and UHNWI clientele actively seeking new-build and brokerage opportunities
