Position: Head of Sales

We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team and help drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead the sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.
  2. Monitor the sales team’s performance, set clear objectives, and drive the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Contribute personally to revenue generation and set an example as a sales leader through active engagement in sales efforts.
  4. Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new lead generation and revenue opportunities.
  5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified inbound leads aligned with sales strategy.
  6. Develop and maintain sales playbooks, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials to support team performance.
  7. Continuously optimise sales processes and approaches based on real-time data and feedback, making quick, informed decisions to seize new opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take full ownership of success and team development.
  2. Proven experience in building and optimising sales processes, with familiarity in tools like HubSpot or Sales Prospecting Software to drive efficiency.
  3. Track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals, with a passion for continued success in sales.
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external partners.
  5. Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in large-scale project management.
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment.
  • Professional experience abroad outside of Italy.
