The Role :

We’re looking for a senior project development leader to drive growth across Italy. You’ll oversee the full development cycle from site origination to ready-to-build while building a local team and managing key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from origination to ready-to-build
• Build and manage internal teams and external partnerships
• Represent the company with regulators, stakeholders, and local authorities
• Identify new market opportunities and ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements :

• 4+ years in renewable energy development
• Deep understanding of Italian permitting and energy regulations
• Proven success taking projects to ready-to-build
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Team leadership and project management experience
