Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to pressure equipment regulations (PED Reg 2014/68/EU) and ASME standards; manage quality requirements for ship and offshore testing.
• Conduct regular audits to monitor product and process quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of quality control instrumentation.
• Define and implement control plans for incoming and outgoing products and develop operational procedures.
• Collaborate with purchasing and technical departments to ensure supply chain quality standards.
• Prepare and update quality documentation, continuously improving procedures and standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Qualification Records (WPQR).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management and AUA.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Quality Manager in engineering or manufacturing industries.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality assurance principles, and environmental management practices.
• Familiarity with welding processes and non-conformity management is desirable.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
