The Head of Project Marketing & Communication is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align corporate messaging and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure the effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and performance to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage budget allocated for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate marketing or a related role.
  • expertise in Energy, Service, Logistics, Engineering company would be preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
