Your mission

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Head of Product Marketing to join our team and take full responsibility for our entire product line. In this role, you will act as a bridge between different departments such as Design, Marketing, and Software Development.

You will be reporting to the CEO and will be in charge of the following:
- Managing a team of Product Owners and Designers;
- Defining the overall product strategy and proposing, evaluating, and coordinating the development and implementation of new products and features;
- Allocating available resources and supporting the definition of a roadmap to achieve growth targets;
- Setting and tracking KPIs, and taking ownership of the product to grow the business;
- Carefully documenting processes and relevant information.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product professional, including at least 2 years leading a team;
- Good understanding of SaaS dynamics from both business and software development perspectives;
- Experience coordinating multiple small marketing teams in an empathetic and team-oriented manner;
- High proficiency in English;
- Willingness to embrace scaling complexities, engage in operational tasks when necessary, and demonstrate enthusiasm and support for iubenda’s growth.
