We are seeking a candidate to establish and lead a team in charge of the engineering of a PV product, from the initial prototype to the industrialization and subsequent launch into production. The candidate will work at arm’s length with the CTO and the R&D team and will be accountable for meeting business plan objectives in terms of PV module cost reduction and quality targets. The position requires a combination of execution and strong ability to influence the stakeholders, bringing an industrial approach to the whole organization. Cross-functional leadership is essential. This position works closely with R&D, Plant Operation, IT, Marketing and Sales Stakeholders and will report to the 3SUN CEO.
