The Head of Prada Talent Relations manages strategy and relationships with talent for promotional purposes, including actors, models, musicians, directors, influencers, artists, photographers, art directors, key editors, stylists, and representatives from tech companies like Meta and TikTok.
This role reports directly to the Talent Relations and Special Projects Director. It is part of the Communication Department and collaborates with the Prada Celebrity Team, Public Relations, Image Events, Content Production, Retail, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Directors. The position also involves coordinating with regional Marketing & PR teams to define communication strategies at global, regional, and local levels.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in talent relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with leadership qualities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
