What We Are Looking For

The company is seeking a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Team management of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE)
• Defining and managing the local road map
• Ensuring project alignment with business goals and proper prioritization
• Managing dependencies between projects and daily activities
• Overseeing projects from kick-off to closure, including documentation and meetings scheduling
• Monthly reporting
• Implementing and maintaining an effective project governance framework
• Leading SAP implementation across Italian legal entities
• Aligning with Group functions such as PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration

Hard Skills

• University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a Project / Program Manager
• Preferably, at least 5 years in consulting firms in project management roles
