Una compagnia energetica internazionale cerca un Head of PMO per gestire la transizione energetica digitale. Il candidato ideale ha più di 10 anni di esperienza, con almeno 5 come Project/Program manager. Sarà responsabile della gestione del team, dell'implementazione di SAP e del coordinamento con le funzioni di Gruppo. Competenze

• Esperienza lavorativa di oltre 10 anni, di cui almeno 5 come Project/Program manager.
• Preferibile esperienza in aziende di consulenza in ruoli di project management.

Mansioni

• Gestire il team Getec e i consulenti esterni.
• Definire e gestire la mappa locale e la governance dei progetti.
• Gestire l'implementazione di SAP in tutte le entità legali italiane.
• Allineamento con le funzioni di Gruppo come PMO, IT, e Post Merger Integration.

The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will be:

Team management: both of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE).

Local Road Map Definition And Management

• Collect dept/team needs/requests.
• Ensure projects are aligned with short and long-term business goals and properly prioritized.
• Manage dependencies between projects and between projects and daily activities.
• Oversee projects from initiation to closure, including documentation and meetings scheduling.
• Monthly reporting.
• Define, implement, and maintain an efficient project governance framework.

SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation across all Italian legal entities.
Alignment with Group functions such as: PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration.

Hard Skills

• University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• +10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years as a Project/Program manager.
• Preferred experience in consulting firms in project management roles.

Location: Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza), with commuting to other Group offices, including Assago and Alessandria.
