Competenze

• Around 5 years of experience in managing a payroll department in a medium to large organization.
• Knowledge of tax treatment of benefits and payments.
• Familiarity with SAP HR PY.

Mansioni

• Manage all payroll and related processes according to required deadlines.
• Ensure internal and external reporting is undertaken according to deadlines.
• Manage annual budgeting processes in cooperation with Finance/Controlling.

Your Contribution

Manage the Payroll function and oversee payroll processing for 3 locations in Slovenia (Šempeter pri Gorici, Komen, Bovec). Provide payroll governance guidance to Managers and HR.

• Manage all payroll, related processes according to required deadlines
• Provide advice and guidance on treatment of payroll related benefits, payments, leave and other elements
• Undertake payroll checks and ensure reconciliations are undertaken
• Manage executive pay elements
• Ensure input for Payroll is completed on time
• Ensure segregation of duties between Payroll and HR are implemented in alignment with global standards.
• Manage all month-end and year-end payroll related processes
• Ensure regular internal and external reporting is undertaken according to deadlines
• Manage annual budgeting processes in cooperation with Finance/Controlling
• Implement local governance of payroll processes in alignment with global practices and legal requirements.
• Staff Management - Payroll and Time administration

• Participate in and support payroll audits.
