What you will do :

The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR, globally, in the next 2-3 years. The Partner Channel will play a critical role in hitting this target. You will drive the Partner Channel in Italy, with a focus on Full-Service Partners, mainly financial consulting firms and system integrators reselling and implementing Agicap.

Role responsibilities :

  • Lead the development strategy of the partnership channel, building and structuring the dedicated team through recruitment, onboarding, and management of resources.
  • Define and implement an effective go-to-market motion to ensure the partner channel becomes a key growth driver for the company.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets generated by the partnership channel, constantly monitoring key KPIs.- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with system integrators, financial consulting firms, and software houses, identifying new collaboration opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure operational alignment and maximize the impact of partnerships.
  • Set clear objectives for the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure the implementation and adherence to channel processes.
  • Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and lead optimization initiatives to increase revenue generation through the partner channel.

The current Italian partnership team has 3 partner managers. You will report to the VP Sales IT and ES. We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Partnership leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market. You’ll be located in our office in the city center of Milano What we are looking for :

7 years overall experience

  • At least 2-3 years as Head of Partnerships in a fast growing scale up or established tech company
  • Native in Italian and fluent in EnglishSolid track record in recruiting and activating partners engaged in a full-service motion, from sales to onboarding and long term account management
  • Strong ability to work with direct sales and CS team and align everyone on a “partner-first” mindsetHands-on, you like to go on the front line and lead by example
  • Corporate finance knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You must be able to quickly become an expert in the field though
  • Established network in the field of financial consulting and ERP integrators is a big plus
  • Minimum management experience of 2-3 people
