A rapidly growing financial management scale-up seeks a Partnership Leader in Milan to develop and execute strategies for their partner channel, particularly with consulting firms and system integrators. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a tech environment, strong recruitment skills, and a proven track record in partnerships.

What you will do :
The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR, globally, in the next 2-3 years. The Partner Channel will play a critical role in hitting this target. You will drive the Partner Channel in Italy, with a focus on Full-Service Partners, mainly financial consulting firms and system integrators reselling and implementing Agicap.
Role responsibilities :
The current Italian partnership team has 3 partner managers. You will report to the VP Sales IT and ES. We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Partnership leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market. You’ll be located in our office in the city center of Milano What we are looking for :
