To lead our Italian Operations team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing our operations to support continued business growth.

As a member of our Country Management team, you will work with senior leaders to deliver long-term business strategies, in addition to leading the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement multi-year plans for operations, anticipating challenges and opportunities, and aligning with company strategy.
2. Lead teams, oversee operational activities, and foster excellent relationships with internal clients.
3. Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team of approximately 70 people, including 5 direct reports.
4. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and promote a safety-first culture.
5. Oversee transportation processes to ensure customer satisfaction, minimize costs, and optimize delivery times.
6. Manage site maintenance, statutory compliance, and the upkeep of the building and grounds.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven success in managing logistics functions.
• Experience in facilities management and transportation.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive performance.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in business English (B2 / C1 level).
