To lead our Italian Operations team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing our operations to support continued business growth.

You will lead the Operations department and be a member of our Country Management team, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver long-term business strategies.

What is your role?

1. Develop and implement multi-year plans for operations, addressing complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
2. Lead teams, oversee operational activities, and foster strong partnerships with internal clients.
3. Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team of approximately 70 members, including 5 direct reports.
4. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and promote a safety-first culture on site.
5. Oversee transportation processes to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
6. Supervise site maintenance, statutory compliance, and the upkeep of the building and grounds.

Who are you?

• Proven success in managing logistics functions.
• Experience in facilities management and transportation.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and safe systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive performance.
• Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
• Excellent business English skills (B2 / C1 level).
