Within the three Business Units (Discover more here ), Air and Care Franchises are responsible forthe development and implementation of theTherapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of : Pipeline Development Team - focused on delivering innovation and programs leadership accountabilities in close collaboration with R&D,Commercial Portfolio Management Team - focused on maximizing the benefit for the patients and the full potential of marketed / close-to-launch assets, including Life Cycle Management strategies.
Air and Care Franchises are also supported by the Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Business Excellence & Customer Experience Global functions.

Within these departments, you will actively support the Air and Care Franchises businesses. Theseunits are responsible forthe development and implementation of theTherapeutic Area Strategies. Reporting to the Vice President Pipeline Development AIR, the Head New Product Planning will lead the New Product Planning team to execute AIR Franchise vision and optimize pre-POC pipeline programs with market and commercial insights and assess external assets.
Main Responsibilities

BS / BA in a relevant academic field; MBA, MD, PhD, or other graduate degree strongly preferred
