Role

We are seeking a

Head of Music & Artistic Direction

to lead, coordinate, and innovate the musical and artistic programs across our Campus. This role will serve as the creative and organizational reference point for students, faculty, and external partners, with the mission of fostering artistic excellence and cultural growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the Campus' artistic and musical vision.
• Coordinate music clubs, ensembles, and creative workshops.
• Develop innovative educational projects in music, sound design, and digital production.
• Plan and manage concerts, performances, and artistic events within the Campus.
• Build partnerships with cultural institutions, academies, and professionals.
• Mentor students and support their artistic development.
• Supervise the teaching staff involved in music and arts-related programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Music, Performing Arts, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in artistic direction, music education, or cultural project management.
