Your mission
We are seeking an enthusiastic Head of Marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy and campaigns, as well as managing the entire marketing department, which includes teams such as Advertising, Affiliation, Content, Email Marketing, and SEO.
You will report directly to the CEO and will be in charge of:
- Leading and mentoring the Marketing department, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help the team achieve objectives and deliver campaigns on time and within budget;
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Collaborating with other departments (Software Development, Product, Finance) to align marketing strategies with company goals;
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team by utilizing data analytics and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and inform decisions.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role with a proven success record;
- Extensive knowledge of various marketing areas, especially funnel optimization, performance marketing, and SEO;
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Search Console, and analytics tools;
- Experience managing multiple small marketing teams in an empathetic, team-oriented manner;
- High proficiency in English;
- Good understanding of SaaS dynamics;
- Willingness to embrace scaling complexities, participate in operational tasks when necessary, and a remarkable enthusiasm to support iubenda’s growth.
