We’re shifting from an outbound-heavy approach to building our first real inbound growth engine and we’re looking for someone to lead that transformation. This role is about building a predictable pipeline by setting a sharp positioning, crafting a compelling narrative, and activating the right channels.

In the first few months, your focus will be on conducting in-depth research, gathering customer insights, and testing messaging and value propositions. The goal is to identify a positioning that resonates, converts, and gets us to product-market fit quickly. From there, you'll scale the engine, content, SEO, paid, and partnerships with speed and clarity.

Who We’re Looking For

From there, you'll scale the engine, content, SEO, paid, and partnerships with speed and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Design positioning & messaging, nail our UVP, tone of voice, and ensure every touch-point reflects them.
  • Build inbound from 0 → 1 – design and validate the first inbound plays (content, SEO, paid, PR, partnerships), launch rapid tests, scale what proves ROI.
  • Own growth experiments, set hypotheses, run sprints, measure impact, iterate fast.
  • Upgrade commercial collaterals, refresh website, decks, and landings so the story converts.
  • Orchestrate specialists, brief, select, and manage freelancers/agencies to go deep where needed.
  • Report what matters, keep CAC, conversion, and pipeline health crystal-clear for the team.
  • Be measured on 2 KPIs: drive qualified traffic; convert the traffic (leads) into opportunities.

Success = a crisp positioning the market remembers and an inbound engine that brings qualified leads on autopilot.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or marketplace (preferably) marketing/growth, where you personally built channels from scratch.
  • Proven chops in positioning/Go-to-Market projects and inbound playbooks.
  • Hands-on with SEO, content, Google & Meta Ads—and you know when to outsource for depth.
  • Data-driven: attribution models, GA4/Amplitude, funnel & cohort analysis are daily tools.
  • Bias for action & ownership: rapid testing, no waiting for permission, full accountability on numbers.
  • Comfortable being regularly on-site in Milano with generous remote-days flexibility.
