Head of Marketing – Forex / Prop Firm Focused Full-Time | Remote | Leadership Role

We’re looking for a world-class Head of Marketing who understands the trading game inside out — not just someone who makes things look pretty, but someone who knows how to grow and convert in the prop firm space. If you’re the type that hits deadlines, leads teams, and knows how to run a high-performing marketing machine from strategy to execution, this is your call.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and scale a global marketing team (designers, editors, writers, media buyers).
2. Own the entire funnel from cold traffic to Telegram & email to funding.
3. Create, manage, and optimize multi-platform ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
4. Write and design email campaigns, landing pages, video briefs, and more.
5. Build and maintain workflows and automations (Zapier, CRMs, etc.).
6. Handle media production timelines, content calendars, and strict delivery deadlines.
7. Collaborate with founders and internal teams to align on strategic growth goals.

What You Must Have:

1. Deep understanding of Forex, Prop Firms, and Retail Traders.
2. Experience managing marketing teams (5+ people minimum).
3. Hands-on skills in content creation (emails, creatives, basic editing if needed).
4. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, especially Facebook Ads + Google.
5. Excellent written English, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Proven record of turning ad budgets into actual revenue.

Bonus If You:

1. Know how to structure funnels to drive community signups (Telegram / Discord).
2. Have trading experience yourself.
3. Can balance performance growth with brand positioning.
4. Understand ad policy & compliance, especially in the finance space.
