Become part of our dynamic team and help shape the future of payments in Europe. We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communication to lead our brand strategy and execution.

Role Overview

As a Head of Marketing & Communication, you will drive Satispay’s brand presence across B2C and B2B channels through strategic storytelling on social media, creators, and PR. You will plan and execute high-impact B2B events at national and local levels, leading a talented, agile team and engaging senior stakeholders with a data-driven, strategic approach. This role reports directly to the CMO.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Brand Amplification & PR Management: Lead brand presence and visibility across channels.
2. Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute B2B events to generate leads and scale our welfare product.
3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team, collaborate with the CEO, and oversee agency partnerships.
4. Strategic Communication & Execution: Implement innovative, multi-channel communication strategies beyond traditional PR.
