Job summary

Jobgether (on behalf of a partner company) seeks a Head of Legal for a senior leadership role in a fast-scaling international digital business operating globally. You will define and execute the group's global legal strategy across jurisdictions, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable sustainable growth with hands-on oversight of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as CLO or VP Legal in international or multi-jurisdictional orgs.
• Expertise in corporate, contract, employment and IP law.
• Proven regulatory compliance and risk management experience.
• High proficiency in English (C1+); Russian is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing litigation and coordinating with external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's global legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
