Description

The Head of Italian Business Unit

will be responsible for :

• Defining and executing the strategic plan for the Italian branch in line with the directives of the Board of Directors.
• Managing daily branch operations, including administrative processes, legal matters, and project management.
• Coordinating and developing the existing team, leading its expansion according to portfolio growth needs.
• Supervising the pipeline of ongoing and operational projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and financial results.
• Supporting and overseeing bidding processes and proposals for current clients.
• Managing the branch's financial activities, including revenue and cost forecasts, to achieve margin and production targets.

Profile
