A leading International company in the leasing sector is seeking a Head of Insurance Products & Chief of Staff in Milan. This role involves overseeing insurance product distribution, managing corporate communications, and supporting executive leadership. Ideal candidates will have regulatory experience in Italian insurance, excellent communication skills, and strategic planning capabilities.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Italian insurance products with a regulatory or compliance focus.
• Full understanding of IVASS regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with a strategic mindset.
• Italian Mother tongue; English proficiency; French is a nice to have.

Our client is a leading International company in the leasing sector. In order to strengthen its local structure, it has entrusted us with the search for the following professional profile :

HEAD OF INSURANCE PRODUCTS & CHIEF OF STAFF

This role provides cross-functional leadership, combining strategic oversight of insurance product distribution (as IVASS referent for regulatory requirements) and responsibility for corporate and external communications across all entities. It also supports senior leadership by acting as Chief of Staff to the two CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible for insurance product distribution, as required by IVASS.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory audits and reporting requirements related to insurance as well as presentations to the Board.
• Coordinate and prepare management committee agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and information flow across entities.
• Manage corporate communications initiatives to foster transparency and alignment across teams.
• Oversee external communication strategies to ensure consistent and professional representation of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Italian insurance products with a regulatory or compliance focus.
• Full understanding of IVASS regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with a strategic mindset.
• Italian Mother tongue. English proficiency. French nice to have.
