Advance the People Teams' impact by delivering a full HRIS programme across European territories, aiming to position JD as an employer of choice.

The JD People team prioritizes the colleague experience, developing a service that reflects the JD brand.

We are seeking an outstanding Head of HRIS Programme Management, with extensive experience leading complex, high-profile HRIS implementations. The successful candidate will manage the full delivery of an HRIS solution across our European territories, supported by dedicated roles across Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop the Programme Plan with input from key stakeholders.
• Set objectives, KPIs, and learning agendas in collaboration with the Associate Director, including development and rollout plans, budgets, and critical timelines.
• Ensure programmes are adaptable to local contexts, considering socio-cultural and commercial factors.
• Ensure programmes meet KPIs and commercial requirements.
• Deliver clear internal and external briefs to align stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Manage timelines, planning, and critical paths, integrating into JD’s overall change calendar.
• Conduct post-programme analyses, measuring ROI and identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement processes and KPIs to enhance performance.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
• Manage budgets in collaboration with the financial controller, working with finance, legal, and procurement teams.
• Oversee the full management of the programme scope, either via or with a support team.

Requisiti

• Significant experience in developing, implementing, or supporting HRIS delivery with international capabilities.
• Project or Programme Management experience with leading consumer brands on a global or regional level.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners effectively.
• Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven self-starter with experience in dynamic environments.
• Strong skills in team and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, etc.
• Creative problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, the UK, and further afield.
