Head of HR Planning
Your new role
This role is part of the global Compensation & Benefits function. You will ensure that the global cost, headcount, and budget process is delivered according to guidelines and timelines, providing consistent and timely data to stakeholders. The incumbent is responsible for data consolidation and validation following reviews by the Global FP&A team and Operational HR.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
About You - You Will Need...
Be aware of and actively promote Hitachi’s ethos, culture, and values. Comply with Hitachi Rail’s policies on equal opportunities and health and safety. Be adaptable to other duties as required. Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes, with the ability to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals. Possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to influence through visualisation. Work collaboratively across functions and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for workforce planning and data analytics.
