Join a 7-Figure Founder-Led Business Built for the Future.

Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led online education and SaaS company that teaches entrepreneurs how to leverage AI, generate online income, and scale lean digital businesses.

With over 60,000 customers across their info products, mentoring programs, and AI SaaS tools, they have established a strong brand and a highly engaged audience.

They are now ready to scale further, and we are seeking a Head of Growth to lead this expansion.

The Opportunity

We seek a strategic operator and team integrator who can own revenue growth across all business units and execute with speed and precision. You will drive performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and enable the founder to focus on product, brand, and vision.

You will join a top-tier team including:

  • A dedicated CMO (brand, messaging, creative)
  • A CRO specialist (testing, data, optimization)
  • A mid-level operations manager (launch support and implementation)
  • External media buyers, sales agency, and social media experts
  • In-house creative team, VAs, designers, and copywriters

This role offers high autonomy and accountability, suited for a proven leader who has scaled digital products in the $1M–$10M+ range and is ready to do it again.

What You’ll Own

  • KPIs across revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, and upsells, with weekly growth targets for SaaS, mentoring, and info products.

Cross-Functional Integration

Align marketing, CRO, operations, sales, and product teams to a unified growth roadmap, ensuring high performance.

Funnel & Launch Leadership

Lead launches, evergreen funnels, tripwires, onboarding journeys, and campaigns from strategy to execution.

Forecasting & Planning

Manage revenue projections, sprint calendars, and KPI dashboards to anticipate and optimize performance.

Team Leadership & Accountability

Lead internal and external teams to achieve outcomes without micromanagement, focusing on key metrics. Collaborate directly with the founder to translate ideas into action and relieve them from daily coordination.

Experience Requirements

  • Led growth at a 7–8 figure info product, SaaS, or digital education company.
  • Managed cross-functional teams of 20+ across marketing, operations, and technology.
  • Successfully shipped high-performing funnels, launches, and campaigns end-to-end.
  • Mastered metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, refund rate, and funnel conversions.
  • Operated in high-speed environments with weekly sprints.
  • Optimized paid funnels (preferably Meta ads) and built scalable systems.

Bonus Points

  • Experience scaling SaaS or integrating SaaS into a larger digital ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with hybrid monetization models (evergreen funnels, launches, high-ticket, SaaS).
  • Experience in high-performing personal brands or digital education companies.
  • Ability to balance data-driven performance with brand and creative intuition.
