The role centers on planning, analysis, and timely reporting to support strategic decisions and sustainability across local structures.

The position requires leadership of finance teams, collaboration with fundraising, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering transparent resource

Competenze

• Experience in financial planning and control.
• Strong budgeting and variance analysis skills.
• Collaboration with fundraising teams and financial forecasting.
• Experience implementing internal controls and coordinating audits.

Mansioni

• Define and oversee financial planning and management control frameworks.
• Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, monitor variances, propose corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights to Leadership Team for data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including restricted funds and co-funded projects.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and policy updates.
