Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategize and ensure the achievement of sales targets, revenue, profit margins, and payment collections.
  2. Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships in the EU or UK region to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  3. Lead engagement with existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies) to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
  4. Maintain a focus on continuous target improvement, pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM for quotations, sales forecasts, delivery/backlog, inventory, collections, and expense reports.
  6. Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams (based in China) to support local clients.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a global company.
  • Experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English and either French or German (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
