The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a strong passion for fashion, and the ability to lead a design team effectively. This role involves artistic direction, trend analysis, and customer engagement through collection presentations. A proficiency in design software and good language skills are required, with a willingness to travel being essential.

Competenze

• Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian is an advantage.

Senior Designer / Head of Designers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer / Head of Designers with a minimum of 5 years in managing a printed textile collection line.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Passion for fashion and sensitivity to the product
• Curiosity, open-mindedness, motivation, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Sales affinity and willingness to travel abroad
• Proficiency in Photoshop and coloration software (Neocolorbox / Smartcolor)
• Good command of English; knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide artistic direction and manage the contemporary collection line
• Manage design team
• Analyze trends and colors
• Develop collection concepts and create design stories
• Purchase, develop, and modify designs
• Handle design distribution and repeats
• Manage color separation and coloration of designs
• Arrange designs on fabrics
• Follow up on product development, ensuring deadlines are met
• Create trendboards and communication materials (invitations, newsletters, social media posts)
• Present products, trends, and guidelines to the sales team
• Engage with customers through visits and collection presentations
