You will be responsible for leading ML Delivery Managers, managing resources, and ensuring project success. The main goal is to build a predictable and scalable delivery engine.

Challenges & Responsibilities

• Responsibility for value creation in the Delivery function
• Leading ML Delivery Managers to resolve 90% of project issues
• Capabilities management for ML Delivery Managers (growth, promotions, hiring, firing)
• Developing and executing delivery function strategy
• Managing delivery function metrics (OKRs, project margin deviation, revenue deviation, etc.)
• Serving as the top escalation point for ML Delivery Managers
• Conducting regular client calls to improve customer satisfaction
• Managing resources (talents)
• Risk management across the project portfolio
• Maintaining stakeholder relationships and reporting
• Verifying SoWs before signing
• Developing, integrating, and upgrading the delivery handbook (setting industry-leading standards and best practices)
• Maintaining delivery team performance analytics system
