Fortrea seeks a Senior Director of Product Management (Data & AI) to define and deliver enterprise Data & AI product strategy, roadmaps, and a multi-year portfolio. You will lead Product Managers, partner with Engineering, Data, AI, and Security, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
This senior role demands 12+ years in leadership, 7+ years steering enterprise product portfolios, and exceptional executive communication.
Competenze
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in product/technology disciplines.
- 7+ years leading enterprise product portfolios or large digital transformations.
- Experience with data, analytics, AI, and enterprise technology products.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and budgeting.
Mansioni
- Define and drive Data & AI product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio value.
- Lead Product Managers and collaborate across Engineering, Data, and Security.
- Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality targets.
- Partner with Finance to plan budgets and prioritize investments.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing product leadership team.
- Communicate strategy and ROI to executives and business stakeholders.
