Your responsibility

As Head of Cybersecurity, your mission is to ensure the security of tiko’s information systems, data, and digital assets throughout their full lifecycle. tiko's ecosystem uniquely combines IT, OT, and IoT; your interdisciplinary knowledge from different industries will strengthen the resilience of our VPP and EMS through innovative approaches. You will handle cybersecurity strategically and operationally by coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with internal teams, group-level entities, and external stakeholders.

Your profile

Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including at least 3 years in critical infrastructure and leadership. Proven track record in securing various technologies and effective stakeholder communication. Relevant certifications such as ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, ISO27001. Experience with Cloud Technologies and Secure SDLC. Familiarity with SOCs and enhancing situational awareness in complex environments. Experience in the Energy sector or distributed systems is advantageous. Fluency in English is mandatory. Valid work permit for Italy or EU nationality required.
