Job Description

Join our site in Borgo San Michele LT, Italy, and contribute to the health of patients by taking on meaningful responsibilities. We are Aenova, a global leader in contract manufacturing and development for the pharmaceutical industry, with 4,000 employees across 15 sites. Our Latina site is a center for sterile production and antibiotics.

Your key responsibilities
  • Drive productivity increase at Italian plants through strategic planning, focusing on process streamlining and waste elimination.
  • Focus on cost reduction, profitability increase, portfolio optimization, capacity rationalization, OEE improvement, and standards enhancement.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with corporate goals, establish performance KPIs, and monitor benefits related to P&L targets.
  • Manage and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, challenge organizational leaders to foster a culture of Lean thinking, and align cost-saving initiatives across all levels.
  • Support organizational transformation with data-driven insights and collaborate with leadership on strategic investments.
  • Ensure successful execution of large, cross-functional improvement projects tied to strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate with finance to evaluate savings, validate benefits, and ensure accurate reporting.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering or related scientific disciplines.
  • Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and process improvement.
  • Over 10 years of experience in process optimization, operations leadership, and lean principles training.
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, project management, training, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage priorities effectively.
  • Fluent English skills are strongly preferred.
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker with the ability to travel up to 30% within Italy, based in Latina area.
