FrontierU in Florence, Italy is seeking a hands-on Head of Content to own our content strategy, production, and publishing across social channels, and to turn ideas into finished work—from scripting to editing and publishing. You’ll work closely with the founder before launch, attract our first members, and help shape FrontierU’s storytelling as we build a mission-driven university.

Fluent English required; readiness to relocate to Florence is essential; compensation includes €55,000 salary plus

Qualifications

• Candidate must show a strong filmmaking portfolio with proven results.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and shape conversations into engaging content.
• Strong instincts for hooks, retention, and distribution across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
• Lead in-house production: shorts, long-form videos, founder interviews, member stories.
• Manage full publishing cycle: ideas, scripts, filming, editing, posting and analytics.
• Oversee online launch and build anticipation to drive applications.
• Experiment with formats and distribution, improving piece-to-piece learning.
