FrontierU in Florence, Italy is seeking a Head of Campus & Community to lead the launch of our Florence campus and create an exceptional place to work, learn, build, and meet people.

You will run the campus, own its operating budget, and shape the everyday member experience. You’ll also serve as managing director and legal representative of the Italian campus operating company, with evening and weekend events as a regular part of the role.

• Experience organizing events and managing social communities is essential.
• Ability to bring people together and run operations smoothly.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Mansioni

• Preparing and launching the campus: coordinate open activities and suppliers with the founder.
• Running the coworking space, access, cleaning, facilities, and vendors.
• Managing the operating budget and hiring or outsourcing as needed.
• Creating an engaging events program reflecting community ambition.
• Supporting clubs and societies and resolving everyday community issues.
• Moderating the online community and safeguarding compliance.
