Satispay is seeking a Collection Manager – Consumer Credit to own and evolve our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong emphasis on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. This role requires relocation to our Luxembourg office and interfacing with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in consumer lending collections.
• Fintech, banking, or financial services background.
• Familiarity with SEPA payment schemes and regulations.
• Strong data and analytical mindset with segmentation experience.
• Experience applying AI to collections, predictive scoring or decisioning.
• Ability to design and execute sophisticated strategies with strong execution.
