Descrizione del lavoro

  • Head of Business Marketing, Southern Europe Responsibilities
  • Evolve, optimise and implement the business marketing strategy for Southern Europe, delivering against key KPIs and objectives, while ensuring the SE Global Business Marketing team’s goals and priorities ladder up to global priorities
  • Provide leadership and aircover for all initiatives across the region
  • Ensure continual alignment with both the global GBM team, EMEA GBM functions as well as local stakeholders
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with key local and global stakeholders
  • Masterfully communicate up / down / across the organisation to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of business marketing strategies and plans
  • Lead and nurture a team of high performing marketers and breed a high standard of strategic, creative and executional excellence through coaching and capacity-building
  • Lead resource planning and allocation for the local team, in addition to other administrative needs
  • Budget ownership and responsibility for business marketing in Southern Europe
  • Reporting - monthly, quarterly and year in review (both GBM and to key XFN stakeholders), oversee regular lookaheads shared out by team
  • Attend regular leadership meetings within both GBM and SE XFNs
  • Lead monthly SE GBM team meetings, contribute to EMEA team meetings, weekly 1 : 1s with directs, team offsites and planning sessions
  • Team performance management
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated capacity of developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and / or advertising environment
  • Deep knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries in Southern Europe
  • Strong creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience of successfully working in a matrix organisation, leveraging strong executive presence to influence and achieve goals
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong experience of driving operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian or Hebrew
