Head of Business Marketing, Southern Europe ResponsibilitiesEvolve, optimise and implement the business marketing strategy for Southern Europe, delivering against key KPIs and objectives, while ensuring the SE Global Business Marketing team’s goals and priorities ladder up to global prioritiesProvide leadership and aircover for all initiatives across the regionEnsure continual alignment with both the global GBM team, EMEA GBM functions as well as local stakeholdersCultivate strong collaborative relationships with key local and global stakeholdersMasterfully communicate up / down / across the organisation to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of business marketing strategies and plansLead and nurture a team of high performing marketers and breed a high standard of strategic, creative and executional excellence through coaching and capacity-buildingLead resource planning and allocation for the local team, in addition to other administrative needsBudget ownership and responsibility for business marketing in Southern EuropeReporting - monthly, quarterly and year in review (both GBM and to key XFN stakeholders), oversee regular lookaheads shared out by teamAttend regular leadership meetings within both GBM and SE XFNsLead monthly SE GBM team meetings, contribute to EMEA team meetings, weekly 1 : 1s with directs, team offsites and planning sessionsTeam performance managementTravel requiredMinimum Qualifications10+ years of marketing experienceDemonstrated capacity of developing industry leading marketing strategies in an Internet and / or advertising environmentDeep knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries in Southern EuropeStrong creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaignsProven experience of successfully working in a matrix organisation, leveraging strong executive presence to influence and achieve goalsTrack record of building and managing high-performing teamsStrong experience of driving operational efficiency through automation of tools and processesFluency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsFluency in French, Spanish, Italian or Hebrew
