What you will do:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Client Development to lead the partnership strategy for TheFork Gift Cards. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through high-value partnerships and expanding direct sales channels (B2C). Responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and executing a strategic business development plan for scaling the Gift Cards business.
  2. Managing and expanding the partner portfolio to maximize value.
  3. Negotiating and securing high-value partnerships with C-Level stakeholders.
  4. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key partners.
  5. Leading and developing an international team across Spain, Italy, and France.
  6. Providing tools, resources, and training to enhance team performance.
  7. Setting KPIs and performance metrics to measure success.
  8. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align goals.
  9. Identifying new gift card formats, features, and channels.

Who you are:

You must meet these critical qualifications:

  • 6+ years in business development, client partnerships, or customer success management.
  • Proven experience building strategic partnerships that increase revenue.
  • Experience leading international teams and managing senior professionals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
  • A strategic, results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in gift cards, payments, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or French.
