A global creative sales consultancy is looking for a Business Development Director to expand their network in the Italian market. This fully remote position requires a proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience in new business hunting and a strong understanding of client needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Italian and English, with exceptional sales acumen and consultative skills. Competitive remuneration is offered with the potential for strong commission.

The purpose of the Head of Business Development is to lead our clients expansion in the European market (Italy). This role will take full responsibility for identifying and prospecting new clients against a pipeline and using consultative sales skills in meetings, to learn about prospects challenges and to gain a deep understanding of the client’s product portfolio. The Head of Business Development is a hands on position and comes with fully remote working, therefore the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Italy (although close to Milan would be the ideal).
