The Head of Brand & Marketing is responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that enhances customer engagement, builds brand loyalty, and drives business growth. This role leads a team encompassing Brand, Marketing, Sponsorship, Event & Partnership, integrating full-funnel marketing—from acquiring new customers to cross-selling and up-selling existing ones—and uses data-driven insights to create compelling campaigns and life-stage-focused programs. The position involves mapping and optimizing the entire customer journey, including onboarding, daily banking, lending, and mortgages, ensuring every brand interaction provides a meaningful and differentiated experience.
