We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Asset Management Italy & UK to oversee our diverse real estate portfolio across Italy and the UK, including hospitality, commercial, office, and mixed-use assets.

Key Job Responsibilities :
  • Operational Oversight
  • Act as liaison to the COO for operational activities in Italy and UK.
  • Monitor and evaluate the property and asset management portfolio.
  • Collaborate with CFO and COO on budgets and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, customers, and service providers.
  • Lead and support outsourced operating teams and establish procedures.
  • Contribute to redevelopment plans and resource needs.
  • Monitor redevelopment projects pre-handover.
  • Oversee operational due diligence for new assets.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor outsourced providers' performance and suggest improvements.
  • Implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Perform periodic site visits for quality checks and tenant/guest satisfaction.
  • Manage licenses, permits, and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate on renovation projects, ensuring proper design and space utilization.
  • Manage marketing efforts for each asset, including website and brochure creation.
  • Oversee contract management, legal actions, leases, and occupancy.
  • Ensure legal compliance, maintenance, and invoicing accuracy.
  • Participate in negotiations, approvals, and board updates.
  • Manage maintenance costs and insurance claims.
  • Ensure legal compliance for UK landlord obligations.
  • Adhere to company ethics policies in all relationships.
  • Organize documentation, minutes, and contracts in SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with accounting for financial documentation and manage internal payments.
  • Propose cost optimization strategies and manage budgets.
  • Oversee post-acquisition operations, utilities, and property registration.

Contracting & Invoicing for B2B Sector

  • Develop leasing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with brokers and tenants.
  • Manage tenant database, engagement, and lease renewals.
  • Oversee space handovers, contract setup, and invoicing accuracy.
  • Review expenses, assess providers, and optimize costs.
Collections for B2B sector :
  • Manage rent collection processes, tenant communications, and legal notices.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors for defaults and legal actions.
Desired Skills & Experience :
  • Proficiency in English, strong communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to UK and other investment locations.
  • Minimum 5 years in real estate, with experience in acquisitions or operations/hospitality preferred.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Italy.
  • Undergraduate degree or real estate qualifications.
