A digital asset company in Italy is seeking a Head of Analytics to lead a growing team and drive data strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring and mentoring analytics teams, and possess strong SQL and Python skills. Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
We are looking for a Head of Analytics who will establish the process of analytics in the company and help increase product metrics. You will have a team of analysts, but we highly value people who not only come to manage, but also know how and love to work hands-on.

Requirements :
Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring, and scaling 10+ person analytics orgs.Deep proficiency in SQL (esp. ClickHouse) and Python, with experience using modern BI tools.Strong understanding of data infrastructure principles; experience working with or managing data engineering teams.Experience applying ML in real-world settings, ideally for fraud detection, compliance automation, or marketing.Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 fundamentals.Strategic thinker : you’re not just answering questions, you’re helping define them - and influencing roadmap and priorities.Strong communication skills : able to simplify complexity and ask the hard questions at the exec table.Fluent in English and Russian (C1+) , with the ability to operate cross-functionally in a bilingual environment.Experience in high-growth environments or startups is a plus.
