Opportunity: Head of Sales, Aesthetics - Italy

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our sales team in Italy, reporting to the General Manager. This role involves setting strategy, leading sales programs, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales management strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Build and nurture strong customer relationships and networks to identify market trends and opportunities.
  3. Design strategies and policies for sales efforts and resource allocation.
  4. Establish processes for evaluating and managing product/brand P&L, including budgeting and profitability.
  5. Build and maintain an engaged, high-performing sales team through coaching and KPI measurement.
  6. Manage the sales budget to ensure optimal ROI.
  7. Plan and develop sales and business development activities, including partnerships.
  8. Achieve sales volume and profit targets.
  9. Build relationships with stakeholders inside and outside Galderma.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in Consumer, Aesthetics, or Prescription sectors, with knowledge of local industry trends.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Management experience in the Italian market.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
