Head of Advocacy, L'Oréal Luxe Italy
As Head of Advocacy, you will be responsible for building and implementing the consumer advocacy and engagement strategy for 18 brands within the L'Oréal Luxe portfolio.
- You will
- Define & implement the Luxe Advocacy & Influence Divisional Frame and KPIs ambitions. Ensure the Divisional Luxe Advocacy frame is declined to Brand Level with its subsequent KPI setting.
- Ensure sharing of best practices (from influencer marketing to reviews generation, customer service / insights, and user-generated content).
- Collaborate closely with senior brand managers and CDMO local team stakeholders to generate internal buy-in and engagement.
- Provide digital advocacy thought leadership and animate the community of advocacy & influencer managers.
- Facilitate sharing of best practices to drive innovative consumer engagement ideas that can scale across the Luxury Division and the Group.
- Streamline Divisional digital engagement reporting and help brands assess the real business impact and ROI of influencer and other advocacy campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Manage the generation of audience and consumer insights via the Consumer Market Intelligence team and act as an ambassador for advocacy & influence communications within the Luxury Division, ensuring appropriate upskilling of the wider communications, sales, digital, and marketing teams.
- Drive development and implementation of tools that enable conversational communications with consumers and receiving feedback that will translate into brand action plans.
- Own relationships with key agencies, monitoring tools, and platform providers to ensure LUXE brands are at the forefront of consumer engagement and advocacy in the beauty industry, achieving the best ROI in content and influencer partnerships.
You are
- Someone with a clear understanding and proven record of
- 360 digital communications strategy, from influencer marketing to consumer engagement in an omnichannel context (media, CRM, etc.).
- Fluent in content marketing, social media, and success strategies.
- Experienced in harnessing behavioral data and consumer insights and translating them into brand engagement activations across multiple channels.
- A strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and strategies in a visually impactful way.
- Comfortable working in a complex matrix environment and influencing senior stakeholders.
You have
- 7-8 years of experience in digital communications, defining and executing digital strategies.
- A drive to develop our Advocacy & Influencer strategy—leveraging new tools and technology to evolve consumer engagement via social channels, platforms, and communities, from beauty advisors to brand superfans.
- A proven track record within influencer marketing—identifying the right partnerships and audiences that align with brand values and objectives.
