A leading international P&C Insurance Company is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Manager in Monza. The role involves overseeing financial reporting accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and managing a team. Ideal candidates will have significant audit experience and fluency in English, with additional European language skills as a bonus.

Competenze

• Approximately 7-9 years of post-university experience.
• Current Junior Manager/Manager level or equivalent experience in audit.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary.
• Compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP, IFRS).
• Implement and monitor internal controls.

For our client, a leading international P&C Insurance Company, we are currently seeking the Accounting & Reporting Manager.

The role will report to the Regional CFO and will manage a team of accountants responsible for:

1. Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary
2. Compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting)
3. Implementing & monitoring internal controls

We are looking for a Quadro level manager with approximately 7-9 years post-university experience, including some experience within audit. This could be someone currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or someone who has previous audit experience and has transitioned into a similar role in a commercial company. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not necessary.
