Job Description: Senior Harness Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Harness Engineer to join our team.

Main Activities:

1. Support the system as a harness specialist to critically review applicable requirements for harness aspects.
2. Contribute to system technical specifications, including harness requirements definition.
3. Prepare and maintain harness specifications and Statements of Work (SoW) for harness manufacturing subcontractor selection.
4. Support the selection, clarification, negotiation, and technical follow-up of harness manufacturing subcontractors.
5. Review harness subcontractor design documentation, test procedures, and reports.
6. Prepare and maintain the Electrical Harness EICD.
7. Support in review of unit stress and worst-case analyses.
8. Participate in and manage harness subsystem reviews and meetings with subcontractors.
9. Support harness subsystem requirement closure.
10. Process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Requests for Work (RFWs) related to harness topics.

Educational Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or equivalent.

Job Experience:

Experience in electrical systems and harness development.

Software Knowledge:

• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
• Scientific/engineering tools such as Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Spice, Visual Basic
• 3D CAD and harness routing

Languages:

• English (mandatory)
• French (optional)

Additional Requirements:

Availability for short to medium business trips in Italy or abroad.
