Carel Industries S.P.A. is seeking a Hardware Developer to join the Product Care – Electronics team.

You will support maintenance, improvement and development activities for our electronics portfolio, ensuring reliability and technical continuity through the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage homologations, validation tests, and certification activities, while resolving technical issues reported from the field.

Competenze

• Academic background in electronics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use bench instruments.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

Mansioni

• Managing technical and design requests from Product Management and Marketing.
• Sourcing and qualifying 2nd source components after End of Life or cost-out objectives.
• Performing laboratory tests and validation testing on products (basic HW and SW).
• Coordinating EMC and safety certification tests with internal and external labs.
• Updating and maintaining project technical documentation (DFMEA, MTBF, etc.).
• Analyzing issues reported by Service and Production teams.
• Supporting prototyping and pre-production activities.
