The role focuses on designing analog and digital circuits, collaborating with software teams, and requires strong skills in PCB design. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's in Electronic Engineering and possess a good understanding of communication protocols.

Competenze

• Master's in Electronic Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven knowledge of PCB design tools.
• Experience with common lab instrumentation (multimeter, scopes).

Alkeria is seeking a motivated, talented Hardware Designer interested in working on image processing applications and joining a fast-growing company at our Pisa (Italy) headquarters.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Analog and digital circuit design
• VHDL design of hi-speed / hi-bandwidth modules
• Tight cooperation with firmware and software teams

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Proven knowledge of schematics / PCB design tools
• Use of common lab instrumentation (multimeter, scopes, etc.)
• Knowledge of common communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, …)

Appreciated Skills

• Knowledge of methods for timing analysis in digital circuits
• Knowledge of high-speed data interfaces (LVDS, etc.)
• Knowledge of C++ / C# / Python programming languages

Target Products

• Standard and custom cameras for Machine Vision applications
• High-performance equipment for in-line manufacturing defect detection
