Job Description:

Scope of Work: As Guest Service Desk & Boutique Agent, I will fully understand the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the boutique operations ensuring exceptional product and service quality aligned with Six Senses standards and budget.
• Assist with daily spa reception setup according to standards.
• Handle guest bookings, appointment scheduling, and confirmations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reception and spa areas.
• Ensure retail offerings are appropriate and the retail area is well-maintained.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including product assessment and review to stay relevant and innovative.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Boutique and SPA desk.
• Implement service recovery strategies for guest complaints.
• Regularly inspect the boutique and coordinate maintenance and improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all property facilities and services.
• Support updating guest profiles and ensure effective interdepartmental communication.
• Uphold Six Senses standards of service and operations, exceeding performance benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years experience in luxury spas or health clubs with references.
• Hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
• Eligible to work in Italy.
